SEO & Social Media Content Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Produce high-quality SEO blog posts utilizing keywords, search intent, content briefs, and SEO guidelines

• Develop website pages, landing pages, service pages, and various marketing materials

• Craft social media captions, post content, campaign messaging, and short-form text

• Create scripts and copy for Reels, videos, and additional social media content

• Conduct thorough research on industries, competitors, target demographics, and relevant topics prior to writing

• Modify writing style, tone, and messaging to align with diverse brands, industries, audiences, and platforms

• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword integration, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and content organization

• Enhance content for search intent while ensuring it remains natural, engaging, and easy to read

• Review, edit, proofread, and refine existing content

• Work closely with the SEO team to fulfill search-centric content needs and strategies

• Collaborate with the Social Media team on content schedules, messaging, creative ideas, and brand identity

• Oversee multiple client projects concurrently while ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional content writing experience

• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is essential

• Strong portfolio showcasing SEO articles, website content, and social media posts

• Demonstrated ability in writing SEO articles, website content, and marketing materials

• Experience in producing social media content for various brands

• Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading abilities

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO content principles, keywords, user search intent, and on-page SEO

• Capability to research unfamiliar fields and distill complex information into clear, engaging narratives

• Flexibility to adjust writing style and tone across professional, corporate, B2B, B2C, and social media formats

• Proven experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

• Experience with international and/or GCC markets is a plus

• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent platforms

• Proficiency in using AI tools within content workflows while ensuring originality, accuracy, quality, and brand consistency

• Experience in writing video scripts, campaign ideas, and advertising copy

• Basic understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility

• Experience creating content for various social media platforms

• Completion of the assessment is compulsory
