SEO Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of home service SEO accounts from start to finish

• Act as the primary client liaison through Slack, video calls, and email communications

• Formulate account strategies and nurture client relationships

• Collaborate directly with business owners to achieve measurable SEO outcomes

• Onboard new clients and facilitate monthly performance review meetings

• Supervise the execution of on-page content, backlinks, citations, and optimization of Google Business Profiles

• Translate technical SEO efforts into business results and return on investment

• Identify and propose upsell opportunities including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and website services

• Present SEO analytics and campaign performance metrics

• Cultivate long-term client relationships and enhance retention rates

• Work alongside internal fulfillment teams to guarantee timely and high-quality campaign delivery while ensuring profitability

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing SEO or account management, ideally in a digital agency or with local service enterprises

• Strong understanding of Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, and citations

• Proven experience leading strategy discussions, addressing challenging inquiries, and fostering client relationships

• Capability to manage multiple accounts while delivering clear and professional Slack messages and reports

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, and Slack is highly advantageous

• Ability to showcase local SEO campaigns that have achieved measurable success

• Experience in managing SEO campaigns specifically for home service industries

• Proficiency in leading regular client calls to present campaign results, explain SEO performance, and suggest subsequent actions

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST
