This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the roadmap and deliver reliable, valuable, and scalable features for the Contracts platform catering to provider and payer stakeholders.
• Utilize healthcare subject matter expertise to create, develop, and rigorously test customer solutions.
• Formulate and continuously assess business cases for features, modules, and products.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to innovate, test, and enhance models for contract comprehension and financial insights.
• Foster adoption and improvement by leveraging user feedback and behavioral analytics to enhance contracting workflows.
• Act as the primary expert for digital transformation and negotiation of healthcare contracting needs.
• Gather insights from customers and industry feedback to refine the product vision.
• Develop, implement, and communicate the Contracts product vision and roadmap both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to ensure proper contract execution and compliance.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and partners, serving as the main point of contact for discussions related to contracting products.
• Work with internal healthcare reimbursement subject matter experts to align contracting terms with revenue generation.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS workflow tools.
• Extensive expertise in Managed Care and Revenue Cycle.
• Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong systems-level thinking capability.
• Demonstrated ownership and execution of B2B product development projects.
• Experience integrating AI or machine learning features into manual workflows or document management systems.
• Advanced reasoning skills are a plus.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in legal and compliance requirements related to healthcare or technology contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry backend functions is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge.
• Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be available during US business hours.
