Senior/Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Independently tackle product challenges instead of following predefined tickets, which includes investigating the product, engaging with users, exploring options, and creating actionable specifications.

• Collaborate effectively with engineers at Linear; ensure that specifications, explorations, and decisions are aligned with ongoing work.

• Engage in daily standups and consistently share updates on work in progress.

• Conduct weekly calls with customers and facilitate onboarding sessions.

• Observe estimators utilizing the product and base design decisions on customer research.

• Provide updates in the team channel and present findings during review sessions.

• Accept and respond to direct feedback from the team and founder.

• Utilize AI tools daily for research, writing, analysis, and development tasks.

• A portfolio showcasing shipped product designs for complex, data-intensive tools, featuring real products and actual users rather than conceptual work.

• Systems thinking: ability to design components and patterns rather than isolated screens.

• High sense of ownership, quick execution, and comfort in ambiguous situations.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Clear communication in asynchronous settings.

• Front-end development skills, including proficiency in React and Tailwind, are advantageous.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, construction, or other industrial software is a plus.
