Senior Workforce Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations at the executive level regarding WFM performance, trends, and resource needs.

• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover patterns and trends, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders utilizing Google Sheets and Looker.

• Create and evaluate shift offerings to facilitate business growth and enhance flexible-working employee satisfaction ratings.

• Illustrate the operational implications of supply and demand regarding potential changes to shift patterns across necessary domains.

• Partner with forecasting, People, Operations, WFM data, Hiring, and L&D teams to enhance schedule quality, shift offerings, and schedule precision.

• Ensure holiday utilization stays within budget and aligns with expected quarterly targets, taking seasonality into account.

• Investigate scheduling issues, minimize manual adjustments, and boost schedule automation for each domain.

• Oversee mappings, service goals, and the configuration and setup of the Verint backend.

• Convert workforce management insights into practical strategies for senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in workforce management, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth context such as technology, customer support, or operations.

• Proficiency in WFM software and tools; experience with Verint is preferred.

• Strong skills in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Experience in presenting complex data to executive leadership and influencing decisions through effective and strategic communication.

• Excellent analytical abilities, encompassing data synthesis, trend identification, and transforming insights into actionable strategies.

• Capacity to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and excel in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with Looker, basic knowledge of BigQuery, or experience with scenario planning, resource modeling, and strategic capacity planning is an asset.
