Senior Workday Strategy & Solutions Analyst – Talent Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a knowledgeable technology partner for Human Resources business owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Assess business requirements and collaboratively outline business needs, scope, and tasks.

• Implement system modifications and assist in testing activities.

• Offer production support and focus on continuous improvement.

• Work together with HR leaders, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams on solution development and system upgrades.

• Assess Workday and other technologies through research and testing to provide business solutions.

• Enhance business processes and system functionality via workflow optimization, automation, and technology advancements.

• Configure, manage, maintain, and improve HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management.

• Collect and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration modifications in Jira.

• Set up and oversee HR technology settings and business processes in accordance with governance and auditing standards.

• Engage in implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and release management activities.

• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce insights and operational metrics.

• Investigate system problems and collaborate with internal and external partners for resolution.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process flows, and configuration documentation.

• Manage assigned tasks across various initiatives while adhering to deadlines.

• Share knowledge, provide peer support, and contribute expertise to team discussions and improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management product area.

• More than 4 years of experience with calculated fields, Business Processes, and developing solutions in Workday.

• At least 4 years of experience in strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience showcasing problem-solving, solutioning, and decision-making capabilities.

• Over 3 years of experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira.

• At least 3 years of experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

• Experience in configuring Workday Talent, including Succession, Potential, Performance, and Skills.

• Familiarity with Workday Extend.

• Workday Certification, preferably in Talent & Performance.

• Proficiency in report writing.

• Experience with Workday Integrations and Security configurations.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
