Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert intricate business inquiries into actionable insights, clear guidance, and informed choices.

• Examine claims, prescriptions, patient services, specialty pharmacy, sales, marketing, and various other data sources to reveal trends, clarify performance, and pinpoint opportunities.

• Create dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that link data to business priorities and drive action.

• Assist in patient journey analytics, segmentation, campaign evaluation, field effectiveness, and shifting commercial priorities.

• Spot opportunities to automate repetitive analyses, streamline reporting, enhance self-service capabilities, and utilize AI and emerging technologies.

• Tackle business challenges across commercial and clinical operations, focusing on process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and practical execution.

• Take ownership of initiatives from problem identification to execution, proactively resolving obstacles and delivering measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors.

• Knowledge of commercial and healthcare data, including claims, prescriptions, patient services, specialty pharmacy, sales, or marketing data.

• Skilled in data analytics and visualization tools.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to convert ambiguous business inquiries into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

• Proficient in communicating complex findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven resourcefulness, adaptability, and readiness to tackle unfamiliar challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong ownership mentality, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities while producing high-quality results.

• Natural curiosity, collaborative spirit, and a willingness to question assumptions, provide honest feedback, and continuously enhance work processes.
