Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and oversee Procure-to-Pay systems, including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reporting.

• Provide daily support for systems such as Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree.

• Address system requests and incidents, identify underlying issues, and implement lasting improvements.

• Collect requirements from Finance partners and convert them into effective designs and thoroughly tested solutions.

• Develop automations and system integrations to minimize manual processes and enhance efficiency, speed, and data accuracy.

• Investigate and incorporate AI and automation opportunities into relevant workflows.

• Plan, manage, and execute projects with well-defined plans, timelines, and updates.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Sourcing, IT, Finance leaders, and Internal Audit.

• Assist with periodic SOX audits and ensure systems remain compliant through robust design and change management practices.

• Maintain documentation and oversee the daily health of assigned systems.

• Contribute to the technology roadmap and continually enhance Finance processes.

• Report to the Lead, Finance Systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3+ years of experience in supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems.

• Practical experience with Coupa.

• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including both direct and indirect procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable.

• Understanding of how Procure-to-Pay processes relate to ERP and associated systems.

• Experience with Finance systems and their integrations.

• Familiarity with tools such as Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree.

• Proficient in gathering requirements, converting them into designs and test plans, and delivering effective solutions.

• Experience in building automations and/or utilizing AI tools in Finance system workflows.

• Ability to analyze data to identify root causes and enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Knowledge of system controls, documentation practices, and change management.

• Experience in supporting audits.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and growing environment.
