Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to implement Workday Recruiting solutions effectively.

• Facilitate discussions with clients.

• Address intricate business challenges.

• Provide mentorship to junior consultants.

• Play a significant role in achieving successful project results.

• Contribute to internal improvements and support organizational growth.

• Independently lead client requirements and design sessions.

• Configure and deliver Workday Recruiting solutions.

• Support and guide consultants on project tasks under the leadership of architects.

• Mentor junior team members within the HCM practice.

• Assist leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must currently live and work in the United States.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday Recruiting configuration.

• Interest in Workday Paradox.

• Experience with Workday implementation/projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• This is a full-time W2 position only.

• C2C arrangements and contract opportunities are not available.
