Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as a Senior Consultant on projects and intricate workstreams, such as Payroll or Financial Accounting.

• Oversee a workstream or integration, which includes tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology elements.

• Implement and uphold project methodology.

• Comprehend and manage the downstream effects on other workstreams.

• Supervise or guide Consultants involved in project workstreams under the direction of an architect.

• Foster the growth and professional development of Consultants.

• Lead client requirement meetings effectively.

• Innovatively address business requirements utilizing workstream/integration tools.

• Proactively assist supervisors and leadership.

• Take ownership or manage a team responsible for delivering internal organizational tasks.

• Resolve employee concerns and address diverse personnel management challenges.

• Contribute to internal initiatives, participate in team calls, and support organizational advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2.5 to 5 years of experience in consulting or professional services.

• At least 2 years of experience within the Workday ecosystem.

• Extensive knowledge of the designated Workday workstream.

• Capability to independently facilitate client requirement meetings.

• Proficient in estimating effort and scope for the assigned workstream.

• Skilled in creatively solving business requirements using appropriate workstream/integration tools.

• Ability to recognize downstream impacts across functional areas, integrations, reports, change management, testing, and/or data conversion.

• Competent in directing or supervising Consultants with architect oversight.

• Proficient in managing diverse personnel issues.

• Possess Workday skills along with relevant project and industry experience.

• Maintain situational awareness.

• Must be located in the UK.
