Senior Wealth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure new clients while building a Wealth Management client portfolio in the region, focusing on clients with assets exceeding EUR 2.5 million held with the bank.

• Develop, manage, and customize the overall business relationship with clients.

• Create and present commercial proposals for comprehensive portfolio allocation to enhance client satisfaction.

• Articulate the performance and progression of portfolios under management.

• Represent and advocate for Belfius Wealth Management and its value proposition both internally and externally.

• Promote the expertise and relationship management approach of Belfius Wealth Management among VIP clients to boost the bank’s market share.

• Collaborate with Belfius specialists, including those in Corporate Banking, Trading Room, Asset Management, lending, and legal and tax advisory roles.

• Maintain close collaboration with the Corporate Banking teams and branches.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification.

• Proven commercial acumen and capacity to attract new clients.

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Private Banking, with at least 3 years in Wealth Management or a similar field.

• Stay informed about developments in the relevant area of expertise.

• Proficient in using digital tools.

• A natural networker, capable of building connections both internally and externally.

• Skilled in persuading clients through effective communication.

• Febelfin Private Banker certifications (Estate Planning and Investment) already acquired, or a commitment to obtain them.
