Senior Voice Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers and managers to develop applications utilized by hotel customers around the globe.

• Write clean, self-explanatory code that adheres to best practices and design patterns, employing agentic development methodologies.

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance both the product and technology.

• Look beyond the specifics of tasks to create exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

• Mentor colleagues through one-on-one meetings and participate actively in code reviews.

• Provide guidance to the tech lead on technical decisions.

• Proactively take the initiative and manage projects with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to influence product-related decisions.

• Develop and maintain services that operate at a large scale.

• Ensure operational excellence is maintained.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Strong expertise in developing backend applications.

• Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with popular front-end frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products.

• Capability to create quality, maintainable full-stack applications.

• Ability to navigate through ambiguity effectively.
