This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish the strategic framework for SIU compliance and investigative operations, ensuring disciplined implementation, excellence in service, and measurable business outcomes.
β’ Create, lead, and nurture high-performing investigative teams through careful workforce planning, leadership development, accountability, and operational rigor.
β’ Propel performance in terms of revenue, productivity, turnaround time, quality, and client service goals.
β’ Supervise SIU compliance initiatives, including anti-fraud strategies, regulatory submissions, mandatory referrals, annual reports, and state-specific fraud prevention mandates.
β’ Foresee regulatory, operational, and client-related risks; implement controls and process enhancements that fortify compliance and execution.
β’ Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, account management, and operations to uncover growth potential, strengthen client relationships, and broaden service offerings.
β’ Act as a senior subject matter expert for the organization while engaging with carriers, TPAs, self-insured clients, legal partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree and over 15 years of leadership experience in investigations, insurance SIU, compliance, operations, or a related discipline.
β’ More than 7 years of experience leading managers, investigative teams, or complex operational functions.
β’ Extensive understanding of SIU compliance, claims investigations, anti-fraud initiatives, regulatory reporting, and insurance fraud prevention standards.
β’ Demonstrated capability to translate strategy into actionable results, manage performance, and enforce accountability aligned with business objectives.
β’ Proficient in executive-level communication, client relationship management, operational discipline, and business development skills.
β’ Exhibit sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence in a fast-paced, confidential, and highly regulated setting.
β’ Experience in scaling SIU compliance programs, investigative services, or client-facing operational platforms.
β’ Background in designing compliance controls, anti-fraud plans, regulatory reporting processes, training programs, or operating standards.
β’ Proven history of supporting proposals, contract strategy, service expansion, and strategic client growth.
β’ Successful completion of a background check.
