This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive global People & Culture strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and the priorities of executive leadership.
• Provide guidance to executive leaders on enhancing organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capabilities, succession planning, and managing people-related risks.
• Spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on people transformation.
• Mentor and grow Senior HR Business Partners.
• Ensure consistency in people policies, performance management, talent practices, and employee relations frameworks.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and the development of leadership pipelines.
• Create competency and skills frameworks.
• Manage the annual performance management cycle.
• Direct global People Operations and employee support services throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Promote standardization of processes, governance, continuous improvement, and the adoption of HR technology.
• Advocate for an inclusive, high-performing culture through initiatives centered around engagement, recognition, wellness, and belonging.
• Lead the strategy for compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
• Supervise compensation reviews, job architecture, salary structures, and assess the effectiveness of benefits.
• Collaborate with Finance on workforce budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Establish governance for people-related matters and ensure HR compliance, audits, policy governance, records management, and risk mitigation.
• Provide oversight for health, safety, occupational health, and employee well-being governance.
• Partner with Finance on employee lifecycle events, workforce data, compensation adjustments, and benefits transactions.
• Leverage people analytics and workforce insights for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee HR technologies and people systems, focusing on workforce data quality, privacy, and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and nurture a global People & Culture team.
• Manage Senior HR Business Partners, the Senior Manager - Benefits & Compensation, and the Manager - People & Culture Operations.
• A Master’s degree or its international equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• A minimum of 5 years leading various global/international HR functions.
• Demonstrated success in leading HR within global, multi-region organizations of a similar scale (1,500–5,000 employees).
• Experience in guiding organizations through transitions, restructuring, or HR transformations.
• Extensive knowledge of global employment practices, compliance, HR Operations, and contemporary talent strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience collaborating with Finance on workforce modeling and cost planning.
• Capacity to balance a strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a streamlined or evolving HR environment.
• Experience in professional services, technology, shared services, or other global, matrixed settings.
• Preferred certifications include SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other global HR credentials.
• Must possess the legal right to live and work in the United States.
