Senior Vice President, Enterprise Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of strategy and results for the most significant and intricate enterprise client relationships.

• Foster retention and cultivate executive relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Suite executives.

• Address escalations and be accountable for net retention goals.

• Prepare agendas for executive briefings and strategic reviews that showcase ROI.

• Identify and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities within philanthropic solutions.

• Develop and implement account growth strategies.

• Present new capabilities proactively before clients seek them.

• Ensure pricing accuracy and manage contract terms.

• Lead the discovery, onboarding, implementation, and setup processes for philanthropic vehicles.

• Drive implementations to meet deadlines and oversee project scope.

• Establish engagement cadence and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews.

• Keep current CRM records updated regarding opportunities, renewal risks, and relationship health.

• Recognize and mitigate account risks.

• Coordinate client engagement and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) participation for technical releases.

• Influence product, advisory, legal, and enterprise business strategy through insights gathered from clients.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and provide guidance to teams concerning enterprise client requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess executive presence and confidence when engaging as a peer to C-Suite leaders.

• Proven history of driving revenue results and managing a portfolio of business with authority.

• Ability to think strategically and decisively with a big-picture perspective.

• Extensive understanding of philanthropic giving vehicles (DAFs, private foundations, planned giving, advisory structures) or capability to quickly acquire this knowledge.

• Competitive spirit and a true desire to succeed.

• Strong negotiation skills and effective stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple high-stakes accounts at the same time.

• Proactive approach and decisive decision-making skills.

• Proficiency with CRM tools.

• Authentic enthusiasm for philanthropy.

• A dedicated, distraction-free home office or workspace.

• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
