Outbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform warm leads generated by marketing into treatment plans at LaserAway.

• Oversee a personal pipeline of warm leads while achieving revenue targets.

• Navigate the lead queue utilizing LaserAway's CRM system.

• Engage in consultative phone discussions with patients.

• Inform patients about the various treatment options offered by LaserAway.

• Address objections, follow up diligently, and secure sales.

• Report directly to the Remote Sales Director.

• Collaborate with LaserAway's national marketing team and manage the warm inbound lead pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an outbound or phone-based sales professional.

• Skilled in establishing trust and creating urgency over the phone.

• Comfortable with making over 50 outbound calls daily.

• Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing a sales pipeline.

• Driven by measurable outcomes and responsible for performance metrics.

• Availability to cover a designated U.S. time zone.

• Background in aesthetics is not necessary.
