This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact and account leader for the marketing support services contract of CBP’s Trusted Traveler Program.
• Manage account performance and foster strong client relationships.
• Lead teams in strategic planning/media, digital/social media, creative, copywriting, and project coordination.
• Supervise the development and enhancement of the Strategic Communications Plan.
• Oversee the implementation of the Comprehensive Media Buy Plan, which includes creative concepts, ad placement schedules, sentiment analysis, audience reach, cost analysis, and reporting on KPI/marketing analytics.
• Guide the creation of collateral marketing materials, advertisements, informational content, creative designs, signage, videos, and social media posts.
• Coordinate staffing, logistics, and support for approximately four domestic and international tradeshows and conferences each year.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of After-Campaign Reports, Conference Reports, and other required client deliverables.
• Manage the integrated Project Schedule along with Monthly Progress and Cost Status Reports.
• Facilitate the contract kickoff meeting and maintain ongoing client communications, documenting meeting minutes, action items, and decisions made.
• Assist CBP in responding to Senior management, Congress, the White House, DHS, and other agencies or organizations.
• Ensure adherence to contract data rights, confidentiality, and professional conduct standards.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in managing significant client accounts and leading cross-functional teams for federal government clients.
• A strategic mindset with a proactive approach toward marketing trends and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Capability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Experience in supporting intricate projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.
• Comfort in managing complex client relationships.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability/public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
• Proven skills in organizing, prioritizing, and collaborating with others.
• Ability to convey thoughts, ideas, and solutions clearly, both in writing and orally.
• Capacity to remain composed under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude to accept client feedback and implement necessary changes swiftly and effectively.
• Quick learner of complex issues.
• Remote work is expected.
• Occasional travel for client engagements may be necessary.
• This is a contingent hire position, subject to client approval, security requirements, and on-site obligations.
