This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the revenue lifecycle for a designated territory of K–12 accounts.
• Achieve targets for bookings, timely renewals, net revenue retention, and multi-suite growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies within your assigned territory of accounts.
• Construct and update quarterly territory plans focused on whitespace, executive personas, funded initiatives, service attachments, adoption gaps, and future strategies.
• Generate and advance pipeline through targeted sales plays, executive outreach, and multi-threaded engagement.
• Manage deals from discovery to closure, including RFP strategies, pricing and terms negotiations, commercial approvals, legal discussions, and procurement timeline management.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain CRM standards within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Services, Customer Success, and Partners to drive value realization, conduct QBRs, meet SLAs, and guarantee renewal preparedness.
• Gather and communicate market trends and customer feedback to product, pricing, and go-to-market teams.
• Travel frequently to support strategic deals, conduct onsite demonstrations, and facilitate executive workshops.
• Proven track record of meeting bookings and revenue retention goals, including multi-suite growth across assigned accounts.
• Experience managing 6- to 9-month sales cycles focused on cross-selling, coordinating overlay teams through public-sector procurement across various buying personas.
• Demonstrated proficiency in pipeline and forecast management within Salesforce, inspection-ready for weekly assessments.
• Familiarity with modern deal methodologies and mutual close plans, such as MEDDPICC, ensuring all components are recorded and updated in CRM to facilitate stage advancements.
• Minimum of 2 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in CRM, ERP, Analytics, or EdTech sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in K–12 or public-sector environments, including familiarity with funding cycles, board approvals, RFP processes, and the use of co-ops or state purchasing resources.
• Strong references from K–12 district leaders or directors.
• Capability to establish executive relationships across Superintendent, CIO, CHRO, Curriculum, Finance, and Procurement sectors.
• Willingness to travel regularly (50–60%), including multi-state trips.
