Senior Vendor Quality Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively evaluate vendor risks across one or more GxP domains

• Convert vendor risk assessments into actionable insights and recommendations

• Contribute to the enhancement of the vendor quality program and risk-appropriate oversight framework

• Track vendor metrics and dashboards to identify emerging trends

• Ensure the effective management and mitigation of vendor risks

• Assist in the development of processes and procedures for reporting, managing, and mitigating vendor risks

• Lead and/or engage in process and system enhancement initiatives as a vendor quality subject matter expert

• Provide onsite inspection support, both front and/or back room, as required

• Offer insights regarding vendor risks and their potential impacts in quality and business discussions

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in one or more GxP areas

• Proven experience with key performance indicators and quality metrics related to vendors

• Proficiency in risk assessment concerning third parties/suppliers

• Strong interpersonal abilities to convey complex information and foster alignment

• Established capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

• Strong mathematical skills and excellent analytical abilities applied to risk assessments

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrixed, collaborative environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or allied health discipline (or an equivalent degree)

• Generally requires 6 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience

• Availability to work Monday through Friday during EST hours
