Senior Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and processes.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Guarantee that all trials are performed in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Evaluate vendor-related sections of protocols during the protocol formulation phase.

• Aid in the creation of amendments to vendor contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Must be ready to commence work within 4 weeks.

• Proven capability to lead the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a strong understanding of clinical operation processes and vendor management.

• Experience with user acceptance testing for eCOA and IRT.

• Proficiency in vendor management including outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing of clinical services.

• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located.
