This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of customer outcomes from the initial discovery phase to the realization of ROI for designated process areas.
• Develop executive narratives and facilitate business value workshops.
• Foster executive sponsorship across key business units.
• Collaborate with customer leaders to co-manage change initiatives.
• Create roadmaps for Centers of Excellence that promote customer self-sufficiency.
• Guide global transformations through complex workstreams.
• Implement AI-driven account planning and project management assistance.
• Automate governance activities for executives, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Steering Committees (SteerCos).
• Leverage AI tools for rapid technical deliverables and automation.
• Collaborate with Applied Value Engineers on comprehensive solution development.
• Advocate for the adoption of the Celonis platform.
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps that position Celonis as a pivotal platform.
• Provide insights to R&D based on the evolving needs of customers.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Strong background in enterprise IT and business software, including SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
• Proficient in utilizing AI copilots to produce outputs and automation with minimal manual coding.
• Comfortable establishing direction within an account team.
• Proven track record in executing process enhancements.
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate transformation programs across multiple regions or business units.
• Experience in mobilizing sponsorship at the VP/Director level.
• Excellent command of English and local language communication at a native level.
• Strong executive presence.
• In-depth understanding of financial processes within the public sector.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related technical field, or a degree in Business/Economics with a technical minor.
• Active Security Clearance is required; Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred.
