Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee UX projects from initial discovery to final delivery within a digital agency setting

• Perform user research and transform findings into practical insights

• Evaluate client, user, and competitor information to guide design choices

• Establish UX strategies that align with client business goals and user requirements

• Create user journeys, information architecture, storyboards, and user flows

• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences

• Collaborate with client stakeholders as well as Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design teams

• Present and advocate for design decisions to clients while integrating their feedback

• Generate UX documentation to facilitate collaboration and implementation

• Assist client projects from the discovery phase through to launch

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design

• Prior experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency

• Proficient in Figma

• Experience with responsive web design

• Skills in user research and synthesis of research findings

• Knowledge of information architecture

• Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes

• Experience in producing UX documentation

• Strong analytical thinking abilities

• Excellent client-facing communication and design presentation skills

• Portfolio that showcases relevant UX work, including projects completed in an agency context

• Strong online portfolio featuring UX case studies and design processes

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1–C2) is required

• Candidates must reside in Latin America (LATAM)
