Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gain a deep understanding of the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.

• Establish direction by crafting clear and impactful strategies while meticulously managing execution and launch.

• Strike a balance between speed and quality, emphasizing impact through both optimizations and the development of new products.

• Exhibit exceptional design skills along with a keen interest in experimentation, data analysis, and systems thinking.

• Work collaboratively to enhance our component systems, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences.

• Define strategies, offer comprehensive craft and thought leadership, and collaborate with product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and other cross-functional teams.

• Integrate various elements into a unified vision across SeatGeek's business verticals, advancing its ticketing platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional craftsmanship skills.

• A solid understanding of the technical and logistical challenges that can hinder live experiences.

• A mindset focused on challenges, innovation, and making impactful changes.

• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday.
