Senior User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop, assess, and optimize advertising campaigns for W2W, W2A, and APP flow within the Entertainment / Photo & Video Editing sector.

• Collaborate with the creative team, participate in brainstorming sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising creatives.

• Provide constructive feedback on advertising creatives.

• Work alongside the Product Marketing team to create effective funnels, researching and improving user flow.

• Partner with the MarTech team to enhance automation processes.

• Conduct UA A/B testing.

• Verify UA reporting and communicate with the Marketing Analytics team.

• Engage with partners from Meta and seasonal advertising networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1.5 years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager working on W2W projects.

• An entrepreneurial mindset — ability to think in terms of next steps and continuous improvements.

• Experience working with data, numbers, and metrics.

• Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and deriving insights from them.

• Willingness to work on large, stable products and projects that are either launching or undergoing transformation.

• Proactive, systematic, and structured approach to work.

• English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.

• Nice to have: experience in Mobile Acquisition (W2A, App).

• Nice to have: experience in team management.

• Nice to have: experience working on projects in various niches.

• Nice to have: experience with TikTok Ads, Snap, and other advertising platforms.

• Nice to have: experience in building and testing automation.

• Nice to have: experience with SensorTower/AppMagic, AdHeart/BigSpy, or other competitive analysis systems.
