• Develop a user acquisition strategy from the ground up, including selecting channels, media planning, testing structures, and budget management.
• Determine the most effective combinations of geography, channel, creative assets, and target audiences.
• Manage the setup of mobile measurement partners (MMP), attribution, cohort analysis, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
• Lead the creative briefing process initially, assist in hiring a dedicated creative producer, and establish the production workflow.
• Navigate the moderation processes of stores and platforms for AI companions.
• Collaborate directly with founders to propose hypotheses, secure funding or deprioritize tests, and drive performance outcomes.
• Establish the acquisition function and assist in building the supporting team.
• Launch the first campaign within weeks after joining the team.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid user acquisition for mobile consumer products; experience in gaming or entertainment is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in media buying in Japan or across Asia, particularly in Japan and Korea.
• Background in managing substantial budgets and having undergone scaling processes, beyond just testing.
• Practical experience with mobile ad networks such as AppLovin, Unity, Moloco, Mintegral, and Liftoff.
• Experience in creative-driven media buying on Meta and TikTok, managing the entire pipeline rather than just the account.
• Familiarity with Google App Campaigns as a basic requirement.
• Knowledge of Apple Search Ads and Japanese advertising platforms (e.g., LINE Ads, Yahoo! Japan) is a significant advantage.
• Ability to analyze cohorts prior to spending and discontinue ineffective campaigns independently.
• Understanding of global consumer cultures and trends, especially in the US, Japan, and Korea.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficiency in Russian, Ukrainian, or Belarusian is a plus for internal communication within the team.
• Fully remote work across Europe, with a coworking hub in Warsaw — costs covered wherever you are located.
• 29 days of paid vacation.
• Care bonus for personal benefits that matter to you.
• Choice of any hardware you require.
• Join a small team with prior experience in the field, along with a product that has no existing template to follow.
• Your first campaign will be live within weeks of your start date, rather than waiting for quarters.
