Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, design, develop, and sustain enterprise-level digital experiences.

• Convert business needs into seamless user experiences and engaging prototypes.

• Create responsive front-end interfaces.

• Perform usability testing.

• Assist applications throughout their operational lifecycle.

• Develop accessible, component-based web applications utilizing modern web technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience is required; at least five years of professional experience in designing and developing production-ready web or mobile applications.

• Profound understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and complete product design processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.

• Practical experience in creating responsive user interfaces, interactive prototypes, reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures.

• Demonstrated experience in developing front-end applications using React; familiarity with Angular or Vue is advantageous.

• Comprehensive knowledge of responsive web design, CSS frameworks, browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), front-end optimization techniques, and UI performance best practices.

• Experience with Git-based version control workflows, Agile development methodologies, design collaboration tools, developer handoff processes, and release management practices.

• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, authentication systems, and contemporary deployment environments.

• Strong analytical skills, usability assessment, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• U.S. work authorization as a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, EAD Holder, or H-1B transfer candidate; new H-1B visa applications cannot be sponsored.
