Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product design from initial discovery to high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

• Create comprehensive user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Manage a specific segment of the roadmap within the Client Experience and Creator Experience teams.

• Work with and enhance the current design system.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and two Product Designers in an asynchronous environment.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Conduct light usability testing as needed.

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams, overseeing features from inception to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in people management and a genuine passion for developing as a leader.

• Background in designing intricate B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio that highlights workflow-centric products rather than marketing websites.

• Experience working within an established design system.

• Excellent interaction and visual design capabilities.

• Ability to independently manage projects in a remote or distributed team setting.

• Strong written communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience in handing off designs to engineering teams.

• Familiarity with conducting usability testing.

• Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

• Nice to have: Background in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social media.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

• Nice to have: Exposure to AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.

• Must be located within CET ±2 hours.

• Must be available every working day between 8 am and 12 pm EST.
