Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Identify and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise customers in accordance with client travel guidelines

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations

• Offer industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Evaluate operational procedures and business partnerships, recommending enhancements

• Keep, share, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a travel agent

• Proficient in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Familiarity with travel industry policies, procedures, and practices

• Availability to work second shift, typically until 10:00 PM CT

• Must reside in the United States or Canada
