Senior Travel Consultant

📋 Description

• Locate and verify travel bookings for clients

• Comprehend client travel guidelines and offer consistent advice

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations

• Share industry insights regarding low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Analyze operational workflows and business relationships, proposing enhancements

• Sustain, share, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors

• Engage with and respond to inquiries from current and potential clients

• Assist clients in traveling intelligently and achieving greater success

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a travel agent, particularly in Health Care Partners (HCP)

• Proficient in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT on a dedicated account

• Applicants must reside in the United States or Canada
