Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise customers in accordance with client travel guidelines

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations

• Offer industry insights including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Assess operational procedures and client relationships, recommending enhancements

• Maintain, share, and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors being supported

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Familiarity with policies, procedures, and processes in the travel industry

• Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday

• Position available for candidates in the United States and Canada
