Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings on behalf of customers.

• Comprehend client travel policies to deliver consistent consultation to customers.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Share industry insights such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational processes and commercial partnerships, recommending enhancements.

• Maintain, share, and enhance knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Solid understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
