📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Engage with customers consistently in line with client travel protocols.

• Address inquiries related to essential regulations.

• Offer insights into the industry, including budget-friendly fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Analyze operational workflows and business relationships, proposing enhancements.

• Keep updated, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors supported.

• Address inquiries from both current and potential clients.

• Act as the company's representative in customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Proficient understanding of the travel sector, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Advanced proficiency in the GDS Sabre system.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Adaptability regarding work hours, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business demands.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Eligibility to work and reside in the United States.
