
Senior Transformation Analyst, Data & Value

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Convert intricate business challenges into analytical queries, hypotheses, data requirements, and decision criteria.
• Take ownership of business cases for transformation projects, encompassing performance baselines, investments, benefits, risks, dependencies, sensitivities, and the timing of value realization.
• Construct financial and operational models addressing revenue, margin, cost, cash flow, inventory, capacity, productivity, and service drivers.
• Conduct diagnostic, scenario, sensitivity, and driver-based analyses.
• Extract, cleanse, transform, combine, and analyze enterprise data effectively.
• Automate data preparation and analysis utilizing SQL, Python, scripting, and advanced spreadsheet techniques.
• Create reliable data models for forecasting and performance management.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams on data access, quality, integration, governance, and reporting automation.
• Design and maintain portfolio dashboards, workflows, milestone views, risk registers, and decision logs.
• Develop executive visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or similar platforms.
• Prepare executive decision packages that include quantified impacts, risks, recommendations, owners, and timelines.
• Establish benefit baselines, KPIs, calculation methods, data sources, ownership, and validation schedules.
• Monitor forecasted, implemented, realized, and Finance-validated value, while investigating variances.
• Integrate metrics, models, dashboards, and decision-making processes into regular management routines.
• Document analytical definitions, procedures, assumptions, and controls, ensuring sustainable ownership is transferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without prior experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in developing business cases and intricate financial or operational models.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Experience utilizing Python, scripting, low-code automation, or comparable tools.
• Ability to reconcile large or inconsistent datasets and articulate analytical methods, assumptions, and conclusions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP, EPM, CRM, planning, manufacturing, data warehouse, or enterprise performance management systems.
• Experience in constructing capacity, demand, supply, pricing, cost, gross margin, working capital, or productivity models.
• Proficient with APIs, Power Query, Power Automate, notebooks, Git, forecasting, statistical analysis, optimization, machine learning, or generative AI applications.
• Background in semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, electronics, capital equipment, high-mix manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
