This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and implement training programs for both employees and clients.
• Develop and manage training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and online resources.
• Work in collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure the training content remains precise and current.
• Employ virtual learning platforms to facilitate training for remote employees and clients.
• Conduct face-to-face training sessions and presentations.
• Evaluate training requirements and create tailored training programs.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Offer support and advice to both trainers and trainees.
• Keep informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Education in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or as an Industrial Electrician.
• Proficient in utilizing virtual meeting platforms to engage with learners (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebX).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in course development using the A.D.D.I.E methodology.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and requirements.
• Highly adaptable to changing conditions or circumstances.
• Must be able to pass client drug screening requirements for site access.
• Willingness to travel for training or consultations.
