Senior Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with operational subject matter experts (SMEs) and leadership to design, create, implement, and assess learning solutions.

• Enhance employee performance, accelerate proficiency, and align with business goals.

• Work with stakeholders to pinpoint performance deficiencies.

• Execute training needs assessments.

• Develop captivating instructor-led and digital learning experiences.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

• Act as a learning and development authority promoting instructional excellence, ongoing enhancement, and operational readiness across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, training design, organizational development, performance consulting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering both instructor-led and virtual learning programs.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consulting abilities.

• Capacity to adapt to changes and influence others during organizational transformations.

• Ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders, SMEs, and business partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.

• Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
