πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conduct research, outline, create, and perform quality assurance on courses covering a variety of topics.

β€’ Design and develop leadership training programs for individuals ranging from first-time managers to seasoned leaders.

β€’ Create courses aimed at addressing challenging interpersonal situations.

β€’ Produce clear, engaging, and learner-focused course content based on credible research and recognized best practices.

β€’ Implement scenario-based, practice-oriented instructional design for skills related to interpersonal interactions and judgment, including feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution.

β€’ Ensure a consistent voice and structure throughout a comprehensive, multi-course library.

β€’ May contribute to additional areas within the training library.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in independently developing training content across diverse subject areas.

β€’ Capability to research and produce accurate content without the assistance of a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME).

β€’ Proficient in transforming complex or unfamiliar concepts into engaging digital training suitable for Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning formats.

β€’ Experience utilizing AI-driven course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise.

β€’ Strong writing skills, instructional design expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.

β€’ Comfort in addressing sensitive topics such as performance challenges, conflicts, and layoffs in written form.

β€’ Familiarity with Generative AI tools for course design and content creation, including Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

β€’ Preferred: experience in developing leadership, management, or professional skills training.

β€’ Preferred: background in human resources, organizational development, or personnel management.

β€’ Preferred: experience in designing persona-based or role-specific course tracks.

β€’ Preferred: experience in building extensive course libraries.

β€’ Must be authorized to work in the United States.
