Senior Organizational Change Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in the creation and execution of thorough organizational change management strategies and plans.

• Create and produce communication materials, training resources, and graphics utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Investigate and assess emerging technologies to enhance processes and develop innovative OCM solutions.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to synchronize OCM efforts with overall project initiatives.

• Design and manage graphics for OCM communications, presentations, and digital content.

• Offer expertise and assistance to the Service Desk for inquiries related to OCM.

• Identify and suggest innovative OCM solutions that cater to client requirements and enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Assist in strategic planning concerning organizational development and change initiatives.

• Perform stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments.

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM interventions and propose ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in roles focused on organizational change management.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic creation and content development.

• Proven experience with emerging technologies and their integration into business solutions.

• In-depth understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks.

• Experience in Service Desk support or a comparable client-facing position is advantageous.

• Established capability in solutions management and strategic planning.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
