Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control Training Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold training curricula and associated materials

• Facilitate New Employee Training (NET), Delta, on-site sessions, and over-the-shoulder training events

• Assist in all activities related to the development of training curricula and materials as needed

• Deliver necessary post-event reporting and documentation

• Ensure compliance and monitor training effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the maintenance and configuration of the MACCS family of systems and units (CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, AFATDS)

• Proven experience in leading curriculum development within a formal training setting

• Five (5) years of professional experience with MACCS

• Three (3) years of experience as an instructor and/or analyst supporting Marine Corps systems and equipment

• Background as a MACCS network administrator

• Experience in integrating MACCS sensors

• Skills in configuring and maintaining radios, antennas, and other telecommunication equipment used in the MACCS

• Familiarity with the setup and integration of Tactical Data Framework (TDF)

• At least two years of experience in configuring and maintaining tactical data links, including Link 16 and Joint Range Extension Application Protocols A, B, and C

• Knowledge of Cisco router and switch hardware as well as the Internetwork Operating System

• Experience managing operating systems in a virtual environment

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related scientific or technical field, or four (4) additional years of USMC training experience in lieu of a degree

• Certification as a Formal School instructor, such as the MAWTS-1 C3 Course Catalog

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience with Radio Frequency propagation and the fundamental characteristics of the electromagnetic spectrum

• Active Secret Clearance required upon arrival
