This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Establish and uphold a positive and professional learning atmosphere.
• Develop and enhance training and development programs that align with product-specific methodologies and initiatives.
• Design and deliver training for end-users, partners, and distributors, including curricula, training sessions, and assessments.
• Provide technical preparatory training that covers the basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Achieve project goals and inspire trainees through effective training methodologies.
• Continuously enhance training programs and available learning opportunities.
• Modify and update programs to respond to changes in the work environment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and maintain all relevant training documents and materials.
• Develop and implement impactful induction programs.
• Track and assess trainees’ progress through surveys and discussions with managers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements.
• Utilize e-learning techniques and contribute to the creation and delivery of e-learning packages.
• Investigate and present new workplace learning technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure that trainees comply with the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Facilitate learning and development for Fleet Response Tier 2 Agents.
• Up to 80% travel may be required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A four-year college degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications is essential.
• A strong ability to solve problems and think critically.
• Capability to adhere to well-defined methods, procedures, reports, and forms.
• Skill in presenting and facilitating class discussions.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative; capable of motivating and engaging an audience.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field, training, or teaching is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and proficiency in managing groups is a plus.
