This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop, implement, and oversee training requirements for pharmaceutical clients.
• Clearly convey disease states, market environments, and product-specific information to learners.
• Assist in the assessment, creation, and execution of training initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Design and produce training content and materials.
• Facilitate interactive live and virtual training sessions that cover product knowledge, disease states, and selling techniques.
• Aid in the development of training and home study resources for both initial and follow-up training sessions.
• Manage materials through legal, regulatory, and medical assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging learning materials, including slide presentations, workshops, reference guides, job aids, and modules.
• Assist Directors of Training and Project Managers by applying thorough project management practices and standards.
• Collaborate on agenda management, Portal/Platform LMS configuration, and production services.
• Acquire knowledge of disease states, branded, and unbranded materials, and implement training in a timely manner.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions, new hire training, and sustainment curriculum training.
• Support sales management teams with training resources, workshops, and facilitation during National, Sales, and POA meetings.
• Oversee the Training Project Plan, which includes task management, issue escalation, risk identification, and interdependencies.
• Onboard, develop, and mentor field-based trainers and emerging sales representative leaders through both virtual and in-person field rides.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is essential.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales with exposure to training is preferred.
• Proven ability to support all facets of a comprehensive, multi-component program from inception to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Product launch experience or significant new indication launch experience is preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proven success in developing and executing effective training programs.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and other business and communication tools.
• Familiar with both traditional and contemporary training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Working knowledge of effective instructional design.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Possess a strategic and creative mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Expertise in training and facilitation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on clients' training requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Science.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience selling pharmaceuticals or medical equipment.
• At least 5 years of experience in a national sales training department, including curriculum development and delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Preferred: 5+ years of progressively responsible experience and advancement in sales training within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
• Preferred: Experience with Veeva or similar software and Learning Management Systems.
