This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Coordinate, organize, and execute all training programs.
β’ Collaborate closely with Learning Experience Leaders and site managers to ensure program quality and deliver exceptional training.
β’ Maintain training schedules for various sites.
β’ Update team roster spreadsheets regularly.
β’ Create positions for new training staff, including job descriptions, responsibilities, and pay ranges.
β’ Conduct interviews and onboard training personnel.
β’ Establish job expectations and communicate relevant policies and procedures.
β’ Evaluate training staff on their training competencies and analyze KPIs.
β’ Foster the development of training staff and leadership through educational opportunities and certifications.
β’ Observe training staff during sessions and provide positive, constructive feedback.
β’ Set quarterly KPIs and standards for training personnel.
β’ Provide resources and tools for the creation of training materials.
β’ Maintain electronic records for training staff members.
β’ Analyze training evaluation forms to identify trends and enhance the training department.
β’ Develop and maintain effective training methodologies.
β’ Create training courses for current employees.
β’ Maintain ongoing communication with the Recruiting and Operations teams.
β’ Ensure accountability within the safety and health management system.
β’ Allocate resources and personnel for occupational health and safety initiatives.
β’ Manage workplace hazards and risks effectively.
β’ Ensure employee training in occupational health and safety protocols.
β’ Maintain communication regarding Occupational Safety and Health requirements.
β’ Ensure proper personal protective equipment is utilized and maintained.
β’ Report unsafe conditions, emergencies, accidents, near misses, safety risks, and process failures.
β’ Identify and analyze risks prior to activities and participate in hazard and risk assessments.
β’ Implement actions outlined in the emergency plan.
β’ A minimum of five years of training experience.
β’ At least two years of management experience.
β’ Two years of experience in the BPO sector.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
β’ A strong desire to learn and adapt to rapid changes.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
β’ Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring capabilities.
β’ Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours.
β’ High energy and an enthusiastic, motivational training style.
β’ Excellent organizational, planning, project management, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
