This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Create and implement oncology training for the oncology nurse educator team.
β’ Maintain expertise in disease states, products, and therapeutic areas.
β’ Develop and execute training programs and initiatives with minimal oversight.
β’ Design and enhance curriculum to fulfill the needs of the Commercial organization.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure accuracy of medical content and adherence to promotional policies.
β’ Oversee vendors, training content development, and contract obligations.
β’ Manage project timelines during the training content development process.
β’ Lead training meetings, including planning, logistics, vendor oversight, and participant engagement.
β’ Partner with Marketing, Precision Medicine, and Commercial Leadership to align training with brand goals and coordinate rollout to field colleagues.
β’ Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, external partners, and colleagues from partner companies.
β’ Act as a resource for field sales during sales meetings and routine field rides.
β’ Design and facilitate training work sessions at National Sales and POA Meetings.
β’ Develop and retain facilitation expertise.
β’ Evaluate organizational training needs for clinical fluency and development competencies, providing feedback for innovation.
β’ A minimum of a bachelorβs degree is required.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred.
β’ Experience as a clinician is preferred.
β’ Knowledge in Medical Oncology and Gynecologic oncology is preferred.
β’ Experience in developing training tools to enhance clinical knowledge is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with adult learning principles, training design concepts, and various platforms is advantageous.
β’ Outstanding ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across different organizational levels.

β’ Familiarity with AI and innovative technology platforms (iPad), along with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerAutomate is highly desirable.
