Learning and Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training initiatives for employees.

• Develop presentations, job aids, quick reference materials, videos, process documentation, and knowledge articles.

• Assist in the adoption of ticketing systems, HR platforms, collaboration tools, and operational applications by employees.

• Convert system updates, process modifications, and business requirements into educational content.

• Execute platform demonstrations, testing, and hands-on exploration of workflows and user experiences.

• Lead new system launches, enhancements, and adoption strategies.

• Create and deliver essential AI learning content and best practices.

• Regularly maintain and refresh training materials.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect information and assess training effectiveness.

• Assist in employee onboarding and continuous learning programs.

• Monitor participation, feedback, and adoption metrics to enhance learning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or systems training.

• Proven experience in creating training content and educational materials.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Capacity to quickly master new software platforms and business processes.

• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

• Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

• Experience in supporting software implementations or system rollouts.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, HRIS systems, or workflow applications.

• Knowledge of learning management systems and digital learning tools.

• Experience in creating video-based learning content or microlearning resources.

• Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted content development.

• Customer approval may be necessary to access customer information, systems, and/or facilities.
