This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Foster and sustain a positive and professional learning atmosphere.
β’ Develop and enhance training and development initiatives that align with product-specific methodologies and strategies.
β’ Organize, coordinate, and execute training programs, including new-hire training and onboarding processes.
β’ Supervise up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders directly.
β’ Collaborate on a daily basis with Learning Experience Leaders and site managers to assure program excellence.
β’ Maintain training schedules and refresh employee rosters for designated sites and/or GEOs.
β’ Establish roles and job descriptions for new learning experience personnel.
β’ Conduct interviews, onboard, and set expectations for learning experience staff.
β’ Evaluate KPIs, perform performance assessments, and set quarterly objectives.
β’ Promote staff and leadership development through ongoing education and certifications.
β’ Observe training sessions and deliver coaching and constructive feedback.
β’ Provide resources and tools for creating training materials.
β’ Keep electronic records for learning experience staff organized and up to date.
β’ Analyze training feedback to identify patterns, enhance speed to proficiency, and offer client insights.
β’ Develop and sustain training methodologies and courses.
β’ Maintain communication with Recruiting and Operations to enhance the pipeline-to-production cycle.
β’ Ensure accountability within the safety and health management system.
β’ Allocate resources for preventive and control measures concerning occupational health and safety.
β’ Ensure training for workers on occupational health and safety protocols.
β’ Continuously refine training programs and learning opportunities.
β’ Perform additional duties as necessary.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ A four-year college degree in a related discipline such as industrial or applied sciences is preferred.
β’ A minimum of five years of prior training experience is required.
β’ At least two years of management experience, ideally in the training or learning development arena.
β’ Two years of experience in a BPO environment is preferred.
β’ Two years of experience in technical support and/or emergency coordination, response, or crisis management is required.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
β’ A solid desire to learn and adapt to rapid changes.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications is required.
β’ Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
β’ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours.
