Senior Manager, Enablement Learning Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Design and develop captivating self-paced learning experiences that convert intricate concepts into practical, actionable insights.

• Create digital learning materials using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or similar authoring tools.

• Produce and modify video, audio, graphics, presentations, and various multimedia elements.

• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and facilitator resources for both live and virtual training sessions.

• Create job aids, practice exercises, assessments, reinforcement materials, and point-of-need performance support.

• Collaborate with Enablement leaders to align learning strategies and experiences with business objectives.

• Define learning and behavioral objectives that are aligned with program outcomes.

• Design blended learning pathways that integrate self-paced learning, live workshops, practice, application, reinforcement, managerial involvement, and performance support.

• Work alongside subject-matter experts from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and other departments.

• Lead structured working sessions with SMEs to clarify complex content.

• Independently oversee content development from initiation to delivery.

• Collaborate with Global Programs, Field Readiness, and other Enablement teams.

• Establish consistent templates, standards, and methodologies for Enablement deliverables.

• Build, publish, manage, and sustain learning experiences on Seismic and other platforms.

• Utilize LMS features to arrange curricula, manage assignments, and monitor completion and engagement.

• Assess emerging learning technologies to enhance learner experience and development efficiency.

• Manage multiple projects across various programs, stakeholders, and deadlines.

• Set development plans, milestones, dependencies, and review cycles.

• Maintain and update learning resources as programs, messaging, processes, and business priorities change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related role.

• Proven experience in creating enablement programs and learning experiences.

• Strong practical knowledge of digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or equivalent.

• Experience in producing and editing video and multimedia learning content.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills with a keen eye for information design, visual storytelling, and presentation excellence.

• Familiarity with learning management systems and sales enablement platforms.

• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, learning experience design, curriculum development, and blended learning methodologies.

• Demonstrated capability to establish clear learning objectives and translate them into effective learning experiences and assessments.

• Experience working directly with subject-matter experts and senior stakeholders to create content.

• Strong comprehension of sales environments and the requirements of sellers and sales leaders.

• Exceptional written communication, editing, and content simplification abilities.

• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities change and processes or tools may be undefined.

• Highly collaborative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to take on hands-on tasks.

• Experience supporting complex, consultative, services, or B2B sales organizations.

• Familiarity with Seismic Learning or equivalent enablement and learning platforms.

• Experience developing curricula for various sales roles, segments, or stages of the sales journey.

• Experience creating scenario-based learning, simulations, practice exercises, and assessments.

• Experience in establishing or scaling digital learning capabilities within an enablement organization.
