This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Develop, deliver, execute, and oversee training requirements for pharmaceutical clients.
β’ Assist in the evaluation, creation, and execution of training initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Design and produce training content and materials.
β’ Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions focused on product knowledge, disease states, and selling skills.
β’ Aid in the development of training and home study materials for both initial and follow-up training classes.
β’ Manage materials through legal, regulatory, and medical review processes.
β’ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create dynamic learning materials, such as slide presentations, workshops, reference guides, job aids, and modules.
β’ Support Directors of Training and Project Managers with comprehensive project management practices.
β’ Assist with agenda management, Portal/Platform LMS setup, and production services.
β’ Learn and apply disease-state, branded, and unbranded materials promptly.
β’ Provide training for trainers, new-hire onboarding, and sustainment curriculum training.
β’ Support sales management teams with training materials, workshops, and facilitation during National, Sales, and POA meetings.
β’ Manage the Training Project Plan, including task management, issue escalation, risk identification, and interdependency tracking.
β’ Onboard, develop, and mentor field-based trainers and emerging sales representative leaders through virtual and in-person field rides.
β’ Execute other assigned tasks.
β’ Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is essential.
β’ Experience in a pharmaceutical sales environment with exposure to training is preferred.
β’ Proven ability to support detailed, multi-faceted programs from inception to completion in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings.
β’ Product launch or significant new indication launch experience is preferred.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective training programs.
β’ Highly proficient in computer use; skilled in Microsoft Office and related business and communication tools.
β’ Understanding of traditional and modern training methodologies and adult learning principles.
β’ Working knowledge of sound instructional design.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Strategic thinker with a creative approach.
β’ Keen attention to detail.
β’ Expertise in training and facilitation.
β’ Willingness to travel 50% based on clients' training requirements.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Science.
β’ 3+ years of successful experience as a sales representative in pharmaceuticals or medical equipment.
β’ 5+ years of experience in a national sales training department, focusing on curriculum development and delivery.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
β’ Preferred: 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech sales/sales training.
β’ Preferred: Experience with Veeva or similar software and Learning Management Systems.
