This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create and implement oncology training for commercial field representatives.
• Design training focused on disease knowledge, product information, sales effectiveness, market insight, and operational practices.
• Maintain expertise in relevant disease states, products, and therapeutic areas.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs and initiatives.
• Design and enhance curricula for the Commercial organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure medical accuracy and adherence to promotional policies.
• Oversee vendors, training content creation, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project coordination during the development of training materials.
• Facilitate training meetings, including planning, logistics, vendor supervision, and participant management.
• Work alongside Marketing and Commercial Leadership to achieve brand goals and distribute training resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to deliver impactful training solutions.
• Align training strategies and tactics with colleagues from partner companies.
• Establish trust and credibility with business partners through consistent engagement.
• Participate in sales meetings and field visits as a resource for field sales representatives.
• Design and conduct training workshops during National Sales and POA Meetings.
• Develop and sustain facilitation expertise.
• Evaluate organizational training requirements for clinical proficiency and developmental skills, providing feedback for innovation.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience in Training, Marketing, or Sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of hematologic oncology, particularly Multiple Myeloma, is preferred.
• Experience in creating training tools to improve clinical knowledge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, training design methodologies, and platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders across various organizational levels.
• High level of professionalism in a complex cross-functional setting.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured and ambiguous environment.
• Strategic insight to prioritize important initiatives effectively.
• Outstanding oral presentation and executive-level communication skills.

• Proficiency with AI and innovative technology platforms, including iPad, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel is highly desirable.
• Willingness and capability to travel 50% of the time to headquarters.
