
Senior Training Manager β Oncology, Franchise A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Design and implement training programs in Oncology/Hematology for Franchise A, focusing on either Imbruvica or Epkinly.
β’ Sustain expertise in relevant disease states, products, and therapeutic fields.
β’ Develop and execute training initiatives with minimal oversight.
β’ Create and refine curriculum for the Commercial organization.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure the accuracy of medical content and adherence to promotional guidelines.
β’ Oversee vendor relationships and contract obligations for the development and execution of training content.
β’ Manage project timelines during the development of training materials.
β’ Facilitate training sessions, including planning, logistics, vendor oversight, and participant engagement.
β’ Work alongside Marketing and Sales to create training that aligns with brand goals and coordinate the rollout for field colleagues.
β’ Engage cross-functionally within Franchise A to deliver effective, timely, and innovative training solutions.
β’ Collaborate with external partners and colleagues from partner companies to align training strategies and tactics.
β’ Establish trust and credibility with business partners through consistent engagement.
β’ Serve as a resource for field sales by participating in sales meetings and routine field visits.
β’ Design and conduct training workshops at National Sales and POA Meetings.
β’ Develop and maintain expertise in facilitation skills.
β’ Evaluate organizational training needs for clinical fluency and development competencies, providing feedback for innovation.
β’ A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
β’ Experience in Training, Marketing, or Sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Oncology/Hematology disease areas is preferred.
β’ Understanding of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and platforms is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across various organizational levels.
β’ High level of professionalism and the capacity to thrive in a complex cross-functional environment.
β’ Ability to operate effectively in an unstructured setting.
β’ Strategic insight to prioritize important initiatives effectively.
β’ Outstanding oral presentation skills.

β’ Proficiency in AI and innovative technology platforms (iPad) as well as MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel is highly desirable.
β’ Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
