
Senior Training Coordinator, RCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Plan and execute training programs for the RCM department, focusing on accounts receivable, registration, cash management, customer service, payer contract management, and onboarding of new hires.
β’ Facilitate and organize training sessions for administrative functions and systems such as athenaIDX, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
β’ Develop and sustain course curricula for RCM functions.
β’ Create pathways, job aids, playbooks, eLearning materials, and presentation decks for classroom settings.
β’ Collaborate with the Director of Training & Education to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
β’ Identify gaps in employee and process knowledge and assess trainee effectiveness alongside the Director of Training & Education.
β’ Participate in and lead company-wide training programs.
β’ Mentor new members of the education and development team.
β’ Address training requirements in collaboration with leadership and senior staff.
β’ Develop workshops, videos, and individualized training sessions.
β’ Coordinate the rollout of new systems, processes, and updates to existing systems.
β’ Manage incoming training requests and oversee scheduling and coverage.
β’ Create, utilize, and maintain checklists for preparation of training classes.
β’ Assist in initiatives aimed at process improvement to enhance system and personnel efficiency.
β’ Collaborate with quality assurance and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry is required; experience in anesthesia is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with athenaIDX is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of RCM for physician practices is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of individual and team training experience is preferred.
β’ At least 10 years of experience in creating training materials, e-learning modules, curricula, and instructional design is preferred.
β’ Experience in managing curriculum development or e-learning projects.
β’ Ability to communicate and uphold the confidentiality of sensitive employee-training information.
β’ Capability to assess departmental practices, procedures, and computer-system requirements to develop focused training programs and materials.
β’ Leadership skills to guide trainees and evaluate their understanding and application of the subject matter.
β’ Leadership experience in managing abstract projects and ensuring their success.
β’ Initiative, motivation, creativity, and the ability to comprehend multiple areas of expertise.
β’ Ability to respond constructively to changes and spearhead new training initiatives.
β’ Professional communication with all levels of management.
β’ Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
β’ Strong technical writing skills.
β’ Proficient presentation skills.
β’ Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Visio.
β’ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
β’ Some travel may be necessary.
