Senior Toxic Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the Toxic Asset Management (TAM) program overseeing technology assets that are nearing or have reached their End of Support or End of Life.

• Develop, document, and continuously enhance TAM processes, workflows, standards, and training materials.

• Execute TAM initiatives to monitor both current and anticipated toxic assets.

• Review, validate, and reconcile lifecycle data across various repositories including CMDB, ServiceNow, endpoint management, discovery, vulnerability, and reporting.

• Maintain evidence that is ready for audit regarding reported results, findings, and remediation actions.

• Investigate discrepancies in reporting, unexpected asset discoveries, changes in trends, ownership gaps, duplicate or outdated records, and remediation challenges.

• Conduct root cause analysis and document corrective actions along with controls.

• Collaborate with remediation owners, service owners, risk stakeholders, and technical teams regarding ownership, timelines, risks, obstacles, and follow-up actions.

• Design and maintain service metrics, Critical Success Factors, KPIs, dashboards, and governance reporting suitable for executives.

• Enhance the quality of reporting, dashboard design, automation, process compliance, and stakeholder accountability.

• Work in partnership with local and global organizational entities and senior leadership.

• Utilize email, SharePoint, service management tools, and Excel for ongoing monthly cycles, governance routines, and leadership reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting technology operations, asset management, configuration management, lifecycle management, risk management, compliance, audit support, or related IT governance roles.

• Strong expertise in Excel, reporting tools, dashboards, and tracking systems.

• Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and clear communication of findings.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, CMDB, or similar ITSM and asset management repositories.

• Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and an ability to work with incomplete, inconsistent, or conflicting datasets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, keep organized documentation, and ensure accountable follow-up from stakeholders.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with local and global stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills, execution capability, initiative, negotiation skills, stress tolerance, customer focus, and teamwork abilities.

• 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven track record of delivering results in enterprise-scale, regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-focused environments.

• Exposure to ITSM disciplines such as Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.

• Individual contributor experience with significant stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

• A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Alternatively, 3 to 5 years of direct or indirect experience in relevant ITSM disciplines.

• No specific certifications required.

• Preferred: experience in root cause analysis for reporting, compliance, data quality, or technology process challenges.

• Preferred: skills in executive presentations, governance reporting, leadership communications, or preparing audit-ready evidence packages.

• Preferred: experience in facilitating meetings, discussions on requirements, process improvement sessions, or stakeholder working groups.

• Preferred: familiarity with discovery, endpoint management, and vulnerability data platforms.

• Preferred: knowledge of Power BI and data query tools such as SCCM or SSRS.
